📋 Remedial Instructions
- 1To strengthen the fibularis muscles, you want to resist eversion.
- 2You can wrap a Theraband around your foot and secure the other end of the band on your opposite foot.
- 3Bring the ankle you want to strengthen into eversion, resisting the tension from the band.
- 4Hold for a few seconds then release the tension slowly.
