📋 Remedial Instructions

  1. 1To strengthen the fibularis muscles, you want to resist eversion.
  2. 2You can wrap a Theraband around your foot and secure the other end of the band on your opposite foot.
  3. 3Bring the ankle you want to strengthen into eversion, resisting the tension from the band.
  4. 4Hold for a few seconds then release the tension slowly.
